hi, the question is "design a poster that demonstrates a website that shows you the reprucussions of the environmental footprints that we produce." its an enviromental/ICT merged project

I have all the information and screenshots of the website.. I need help on how to use the screen shots and what theme to go for.. enviromental or Technical, without making the poster look too awkward and boring but i eyecatching. Any suggestions?

I would definitely go with the environmental theme. You could get creative and throw a couple tech things in.

Make it colorful, rich in blues and greens.

Regarding the repercussions, you could link National Geographic's Climate changing photos at: http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2004/12/photogalleries/global_warming/photo9.html, or research some different areas and add them on your site.

You could even link other environmental websites to yours such as:

http://www.therainforestsite.com

Or local recycling places.

Sounds like a fun project! Good Luck and have fun!

Sorry, I don't know the play, so I'm not the best person to answer but I'll give you some ideas: Take photos, or get a photography student to take photos, of the main characters, preferably in costume, and definitely in character, either on stage or in a suitable setting and superimpose the title etc over-top. To get the creative juices flowing, get a bit of paper and draw or jot down some of the main ideas/themes/plots as a starting point. Maybe this will help you find some symbol or image to work with. For a professional looking poster it's important to include the author as well as the play title (really irritates me when people don't! lol) and don't forget the when, where and who! if there's someone quite popular in it, you might want to throw in a "starring... as...". Hope I helped xx A

"www.veerle.duoh.com" she has great ideas tips tricks and tutorials for this sort of thing. i love her site great links on there too. also "kuler" on the adobe website is a great color web app that could help you convey a certain feeling or mood and keep the colors composed easily.. i use both of these every day.
