I'm hoping to paint my canvas dark blue/black then draw over it with white and light blue acrylic paint pens? Is there such thing and does it work if I do it this way? I want my image to be crisp showing no brush strokes.. Thank you! :)

Yes there are such things as acrylic pens, there are also acrylic markers.
If you have a steady hand then it would be best if you painted this way.
I found one for 9.30$ on eBay but look In your nearest arts and crafts store to check if they have any
Good luck!

Studying easy methods to paint takes time. I love to color as good. I began taking lessons at like age 10. I still paint, and i am nonetheless larning. (i am now 20). I'd suggest practising your drawing advantage, and discover color. Examine and practice making and mixing colours.Simply experiment whilst you paint, trust yourself. You'll be surprised how the colours look together. It's a trial/error procss, and takes follow. It could be a excellent inspiration to take portray classes too, an effective way to be trained how, and observe what you realized for your possess. To do snap shots, first observe drawing yourself or others. First draw from snap shots, then are trying drawing your self using a replicate. Get a guide on photographs so which you could be trained proportions and placement. After you emerge as constructive or extra certain of yourself, try painting a portrait. Are trying getting a book on painting too, they offer excellent hints on layering colours and such. Excellent luck with painting, once you get going, you'll like it!

yeah there are, i use them, they are shaped like markers, and inside is the acrylic paint you press the tip of the pen lightly on the page, canvas and the paint squeezes out, it works just like a white out pen which everyone uses, you can buy them at any art store, i get mine at Michel's, you don't need to worry about the thickness of the pen because they have all those adjustments
