Howdo you make your own anime series?

I really want to make my own anime series but don't know really how to do it I don't know what programs to use to make it I know what my story line is but I don't know how to turn it into a anime I can put on the Internet and stuff like that. So can any one Help me out

Every animation starts with pencil and paper, so... I would get a lot of each. And some erasers. And light tables.
