when we ask questions, the person who answers it hasa picture, how do i get one?

It's called an avatar. Go to the mail section on the left top of the screen, then it takes you to the inbox, there you should see someone like a shadow. From there you can click on that shadow and it takes you to create your own little avatar. Hope this helps, and have fun creating it!!!! :0)

the pictures you have to setup in your yahoo 360 account

which all yahoo users have. when your done you can use that picture here. look in your and check "Use my Yahoo! 360 Picture"
