How do I draw an oval outline in Photoshop without pixelation?

I'm trying to reproduce a logo at work since it will not stretch out without losing quality. I've managed to reproduce everything except an oval outline. The logo is going on a poster so it will be rather large (perhapse 7 x 20 inches or something along those lines, possibly smaller).

I used the ellipse tool but the outline becomes rather pixelated. I'd prefer to have a smooth and crisp outline, any suggestions?

Thanks for any of your help and God bless!!

That is strange... Try changing the brush size or style maybe? Research your question on google, it helps to know more.

What size is your file (inches and dpi)? and are all the other elements vector as well? Something is a bit fishy here. Can you do a screenshot and post it on tinypic.com? Could make deciphering this a lot easier.

You'll need an elliptical reduction processing scanning machine to make the necessary adjustments.
