If the PDF is vector based you could open it in Adobe Illustrator then save it as a .dxf file, which can be imported into AutoCAD. You could instead use a pdf to dxf converter such as:

If the PDF is raster based you can use convert it using raster to vector conversion software.

No, not really. You would have to just make the CAD drawing from scratch by looking at the pdf as a reference. The pdf file is a 2 dimensional file where CAD files are 3 dimensional.



If you need any CAD work done let me know. I do CAD work a lot, mostly for jewelry design but the concept is the same.
