How much would you pay for a graffiti stencil portrait on a thick box canvas (30cm by 24cm) or large A1 thin canvas done in 2 layers of detail? Think in the style of C215

It depends. How good is the portrait? Is it a caricature, or a realistic portrait, and if realistic, is it accurate?
How long does it take you to paint?
Your best starting point is by size. Determine a price per cm. A 30cm x 24 cm work is 720 square centimeters. Starting with a base price of .01 per cm, that is 7.20, with .10/cm being 72.00, and 1.00/cm being 720.00
This way, whether it takes you an hour or a day, the price is based on your art, not your time.

$1000.00
I bet if you set up a display booth at a music concert and sold portraits of this nature, you would make good money. I have had friends do this and sold portraits for $30, 000 and $50, 000. You could do graffiti stancil portraits for famous politicans or celebraties.
Have you ever seen the show, Cribs on MTV? It all depends on where you display your art. Money is out there for sure.
