How do you use a pen tablet?

Question

Is it easy to use?
Should I get a Wacom or Genius?
I heard there's a Wacom that doesn't have a screen?( wutda.) ( I wouldn't want that )
Do I need to plug it into a laptop | computer?
Can I browse the net using it?

The tablets are very easy to use. I have a Wacom Intuos3 and it's wonderful to use.

Wacom makes 3 lines of tablets specifically for artists. Only the Cintiq line has screens. I am not aware of a Genius that has a screen.

The Cintiq is expensive, but when I can afford one, that's what I will get.

You can use the Cintiq with a laptop or a desktop computer. For the screen you need a DVI-I connection or VGA connection with DVI-I to VGA adapter that some Cintiq models already come with. You also need a usb connection.

You can use the pen like you would use a mouse and the tablet with a screen just as you would use a computer screen, so if you want you can browse the internet, watch movies and play games using the Cintiq.
