Have you tried a search online for "drafting supplies+graph paper"? You might be able to find a roll of it. Some wrapping papers has a 1" grid lightly printed on the back to aid in cutting straight lines. Taping together four pieces would give you a roughly 22"x34" sheet. Barring that, create a piece of artwork in whatever art generation program you may have (or the best equivalent) of gridded lines and the have your local Kinko's output it on their large format printer. Granted, the last solution is kind of expensive but it would get the job done and you could make your own custom grid to your liking and preferences.

Some large desk blotters use a graph pattern. These come as large as 17 inches by 24. Since these blotters are designed to be refillable with new graph pads, there must be a stock of them, somewhere.
