Make your original artwork into a DIGITAL IMAGE by using a digital camera to photograph it or using a scanner to scan it. Upload those digital images to these book making sites to make a book:

1. Blurb

2. LuLu Enterprises

Upload your digital images to photo printing websites. Photo printing sites can make photo books of your photographs, but they can also make a book of your artwork. They can make a book of any digital image that you upload, its all the same thing.

1. CVS Photo

2. Kodak Gallery

3. Shutterfly

4. Snapfish

5. Walgreens Photo

6. Walmart Photo

HOW TO PHOTOGRAPH ART USING A DIGITAL CAMERA

Read this http://guildsourcebooks.com/pdf/sourcebook/howto_photograph_artwork.pdf and this one also http://mgreerphoto.blogspot.com/2008/06/how-to-photograph-artwork.html

To get good lighting, you can also use a photo light tent or photo light box to photograph your artwork in. You can buy one at Amazon website or you can make your own. http://www.wikihow.com/Create-an-Inexpensive-Photography-Lightbox

USE A SCANNER TO SCAN ARTWORK

Epson makes a variety of high quality scanners for home use. Go to Epson website and search the HOME & PROFFESIONAL PHOTO scanners and the LARGE FORMAT GRAPHIC ARTS scanners. http://www.epson.com/cmc_upload/pdf/tech_scanner-resolution.pdf

If your artwork is to large for the scanner, then buy ArcSoft Scan-n-Stitch Deluxe software. You simply scan your artwork in sections and then use this software to stitch your artwork back together into one piece with no seams showing. Some of the Epson scanners includes this software with your scanner purchase.

What could make of your prints fine art are the photographs you took. If you work with film, a good lab can make wonderful chemical copies for you. I love them. For digital files copies, usually you need an editing program and processing before if your files are raw. Making excellent digital copies with a home printer won't be easy, so I recommend to submit them to a digital lab when they will offer you different papers, sizes and finishes. Well, it seems I kiked the ball off, but just I suggest you this; work your your negatives at hone and make test copies; you can scan them, it's useful and Epson or Nikon for example make scanners for that. Work your digital files and print them basically at home with a normal printer. Then, carry your work out to make your copies

There are all sorts of ways to do this. First of all, you probably want to create digital copies of your art; for this you need a scanner. Print shops and office supply stores such as Staples and Office Max may have scanners available/offer scanner services, but you can buy a decent scanner or an all-in-one printer that includes scanning abilities for less than $200. If you are doing a lot of art that you want to digitize, this may be a good investment for you.

From that point, there are many different ways to go. You can print it yourself (you will need a couple of different programs to help you with this; do you use Photoshop at all?), or you can look at the photobook printing services that you can get through various camera stores and on line. Of course you can also talk to local print shops to find out what kind of options they may offer you.

You might also want to try contacting Cory to see how he gets his work printed.

Good luck! I think this is a great idea.

Also feel free to contact me through my profile if you'd like to discuss ideas in detail.
