How to learn how to draw? (Guide's, Tutorial Program's)?

I'm thinking about learning how to draw. I have no knowledge what-so-ever on this. I'm wondering if there's any good program's to pick up that teach's you how to do it? Something that take's you from beginner to advanced. Like a Rosetta stone of drawing?


Also, maybe a guide that does the same? Oh, and personal tip's from all of you would be nice.

For learning Guitar, it is not necessary to learn Flute. Same goes with programming language. Its your choice and requirement.
