Searching for print magazine templates (Quark, InDesign)...?

Can somebody help me finding print templates when I want to start a magazine? I can't do the basic artwork by myself and need a source where I can download it? Do you know free or low-priced websites, where I can get such templates?

I don't think there are any templates, that's why there are Graphic Designers. Perhaps take your project to a local college and see if the students will do designs for a prize.
