Quick! Need a great, FREE, flash animation program!?

Question

I have only a few weeks to make animations and I wanna use flash animation! I have windows 7. I need a good flash program download ASAP.

Not sure if this helps but AutoDesk has 30 free drawing and animation programs if you register as a student. License is for 3 years and few questions asked.

There's only one flash animation program and it's called flash, and it costs a couple hundred bucks.
