I've always found atomicmovies.com.au to be extremely cheap, you have to pay for shipping but all up it's still a lot cheaper than most other places, and it's a secure site. jbhifi.com.au can be cheap, depending on what it is you want.

You will ALWAYS have to pay shipping costs unless it's from a local store you can drive to.
