Can people on DeviantArt see who views their page their page?

Could someone on DeviantArt know that i have been looking at their profile? I know it tells them that they have gotten a page view, but can they see who the views are from? Does it depend on whether they have a premium account or not? If someone with a regular account can see who views their page, how can I see who has been viewing my profile?

If you have a premium account you can add a widget to your page that logs users who have looked at your profile.

They can if you have an account, but not otherwise...I think at least, or maybe it's only if they have flagged you as a to-follow account?
