Go to Control Panel, then search for "Pen and Touch", click it.
A window would pop out and there would be a box in it. Under "Touch Action", double click the Press and Hold ----- Right-click.
Another window would pop out, and on the top of it, there would be a check box that says "Enable Press and Hold for Right-clicking". Uncheck the box and click OK, then Apply and OK again for the Pen and Touch window.

Is your computer Windows 8 or Windows 7?
If your computer is Windows 7:
1. Flip your tablet to the back. It should have a sticker. Take note of the name of your tablet. In my case, it says BAMBOO PEN.
2. Go to http://www.wacom.com/en/CustomerCare/Drivers.aspx?model=&os=
3. Select your tablet model and operating system.
4. Download the top one. (If the top one doesn't work, usually the second one works)
TADA
If your computer is Windows 8:
1. Do exactly the same, except just change it to Windows 8.
2. However, it didn't work for me, it keeps popping up a window saying that the driver stopped working, so I'll just copy and paste the customer service they gave me via email for you :)
1. Back up custom settings you have made in the tablet driver.
Click Start > All programs > Wacom Tablet folder > Wacom File Utility > click Backup.
2. Reset the tablet driver.
Click Start > All programs > Wacom Tablet folder > Wacom File Utility > under All User Preferences, click Remove.
If the problem remains, go to the next step. If it is fixed, do not proceed with the rest of the troubleshooting steps.
3. Uninstall your current driver.
Disconnect the tablet from the PC.
Click Start > Control panel > Add or Remove Programs > highlight Bamboo > click Uninstall.
4. Search and delete all Wacom related files.
Click Start > Search > type the following keywords on the Search text field and then delete all Wacom related files.
• Wacom
• Wintab
• Tablet
• Pentab
We recommend that you restart your PC after removing all Wacom related files.
5. Download and install the latest driver for your tablet by referring to the URL link below.

• Connect the tablet to a powered USB port, preferably directly to the motherboard.

• Try connecting the tablet to a different USB port or different PC, if necessary.
• Clean the PC's RAM to free disk space and make processing faster.
• Download and install latest updates for your Operating System.
6. Make sure that the driver is set to Pen Mode.
Click Start > All programs > Wacom folder > Wacom Preferences > click Pen tab > under Tracking, select Pen mode.
